Sudden Valley Marina, Lake Whatcom, Bellingham – May 11, 2024 10AM to 4PM
Hosted by the PNMYC Bellingham Fleet
It’s time to enter, just over four weeks from now we’ll be sailing from the shores of Lake Whatcom. Access to the sailing venue is via the Sudden Valley Marina, but we’ll be sailing in the open waters of the lake from the sandy/grassy beach, not the waters in the marina.
We are excited about sailing this new venue on Lake Whatcom and hope you’ll join us. It promises to be a great location for our T-37 regattas. Attached is the final Notice of Race, Entry Form and Sailing Instructions. Please respond sooner than later. We’d like to have all entries by May 4th. Since this is the AMYA Region Six T-37 Championship, we urge membership in the AMYA or for Canadians, the CRYA.
Plan on bringing your own morning coffee. Lunch, water and soft drinks will be provided.
Google or Apple Maps will get to Sudden Valley Marina, but I’ll send detailed written driving instructions to those who have entered the regatta.
Mark Smith and the Bellingham T-37 fleet will be hosting this year’s AMYA T-37 Region Six Championship. They are an enthusiastic new fleet and are eager to contribute to the T-37 family in the northwest. Let’s help them make their initial effort a great success. Plan on sailing with us and get your entries in.
Please don’t delay, mail entries to PNMYC – c/o Dan Mathews, PO Box 2911, Kirkland, WA 98083-2911. Or charge to your credit card by contacting SAILPNMYC as noted on entry form and email or snail mail the form to Dan.
Hope you can join the fun at Lake Whatcom on May 11th.
