Hello Sailors Happy new year and hope all is well with everyone.
The meeting is set for Saturday the 18th of January 11am till 1:00/30ish at the round table pizza restaurant at 16444 sw Boones ferry rd lake Oswego. This address can only be reached from the west as there is a median divider in the middle of the street. Shortly after climbing the hill after the tracks it will be on the right.
If you have any agenda items beyond electing a new commodore and getting the schedule for next season please respond to this email or send them to Stan Mckay.
Stan has agreed to carry on as sec/treas for another season, dues are due please bring cks to the meeting.
However we need a replacement back up for banking functions volunteers are requested check with Stan on that topic.
Sherrill has done a great job as vice commodore also manning the buoy duty and is willing to carry on for another year.
Terry Goodell has done a great job of getting the scoring out really fast and is hereby conscripted for another term.
Peter Loop has also done another excellent job of keeping our website up to date helping with the trophy’s and is likewise conscripted for another term.
Commodore is open as always, I keep saying that all of you are more qualified than myself and if new blood doesn’t show up nothing will change. I am fairly content with the current status of the club maybe no change is needed or wanted, think about it.
